Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in drilling engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex drilling projects.
- Strong knowledge of drilling technologies, techniques, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with advanced drilling technologies, including automated drilling systems and real-time data analytics.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in drilling engineering software such as Landmark, PVD, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Lean practices.
- Experience with drilling simulation software and data analytics tools to enhance decision-making.
