Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cytogenetics Laboratory Manager to lead our innovative laboratory team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Genetics, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a clinical cytogenetics laboratory, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of cytogenetic testing methodologies, quality control, and laboratory accreditation standards.
- Proven track record of managing laboratory operations and leading teams to achieve high-quality results.
Preferred:
- PhD in Genetics or a related field.
- Experience in molecular genetics or next-generation sequencing technologies.
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in cytogenetic techniques such as karyotyping, FISH, and microarray analysis.
- Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment and software for genetic analysis.
