Role Overview
We are looking for an innovative and experienced Executive Director of Continuing Education to lead our strategic vision and operational execution of lifelong learning initiatives. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in educational program development, administration, or leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling continuing education programs.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and program improvement.
Preferred:
- Doctorate in a relevant field.
- Experience working in a fully remote environment.
- Familiarity with adult learning theories and innovative instructional design methodologies.
- Established network within the continuing education community.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
