Role Overview
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Chief Education Officer (CEO) to lead our educational initiatives and drive our mission of transforming learning experiences. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in education, with a track record of driving transformational change.
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field; Doctorate preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and execute educational strategies that lead to measurable improvements in student outcomes.
- Strong understanding of current educational trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in a Chief Officer role within an educational organization or similar environment.
- Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and educational technology platforms.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in educational management systems and learning management systems (LMS).
