Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Assistant Education Director to join our team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the strategic vision and operational execution of our educational programs. You will work closely with the Education Director to enhance curriculum development, implement educational best practices, and drive student engagement initiatives that align with our mission.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and curricula that meet the diverse needs of our student population.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to create engaging learning environments and promote effective instructional strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate educational outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership and support in the training and development of teaching staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including students, parents, and educational partners, to support student success.
- Assist in the management of budgets, resources, and administrative functions related to educational programs.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an educational setting, with a focus on program development and administration.
- Strong understanding of educational standards and practices, including curriculum design and instructional methodologies.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience in leadership roles within educational institutions.
- Familiarity with data analysis to inform program improvements and educational outcomes.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
