Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation programs, including job evaluations, salary surveys, and pay structure design
- Support the administration of employee compensation changes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards
- Provide analytical support by preparing and analyzing compensation reports and presentations for management
- Collaborate with HR team members to address employee inquiries related to compensation
- Participate in annual compensation review processes, including performance evaluations and salary adjustments
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in compensation, HR, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Basic understanding of compensation principles and market benchmarking
Preferred:
- Experience with compensation software or HRIS systems
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to compensation
- Certification in compensation or human resources (e.g., CCP, PHR) is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation management tools
- Experience with data visualization tools is an advantage
