Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Compensation Manager to join our HR team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with executive leadership to design and implement incentive compensation plans that align with business objectives and drive performance
- Analyze and evaluate job descriptions, compensation data, and salary structures to ensure internal equity and compliance with legal requirements
- Lead the annual salary review process, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and management on compensation-related matters
- Monitor and report on compensation trends and metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation management or related HR functions
- Strong knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Preferred:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification
- Experience in designing executive compensation packages
- Proficiency in compensation management software and analytics tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in compensation analysis techniques and methodologies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation management tools
