Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coding Supervisor to lead our coding department at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in medical coding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Preferred:
- Certification in coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, RHIT, or equivalent)
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and coding software
- Background in healthcare administration or management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in coding software and tools to streamline coding processes
- Familiarity with data analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems
