Preferred:

- Prior experience in a managerial role within a software development context

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, and distributed systems
- Proficient in version control systems, preferably Git, and CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and practices
