Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Clinical Supervisor to join our team, playing a crucial role in supporting the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. This position will work closely with clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes through effective supervision and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision and management of clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to clinical staff, promoting professional development and continuous improvement.
- Monitor patient care processes and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and address complex clinical issues.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in a relevant healthcare field (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Psychology).
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on supervision or leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of clinical best practices and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred:
- Clinical licensure or certification (e.g., LCSW, LPC, RN).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation standards.
- Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and patient safety initiatives.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using EHR systems and clinical management software.
- Understanding of data analytics to assess clinical performance metrics.
- Knowledge of telehealth technologies and remote patient management solutions.
