Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Clinical Director to join our dynamic healthcare team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Facilitate communication between clinical staff and administrative teams to streamline operations

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or a related field
- 5+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality assurance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams
Preferred:
- Licensure in a relevant clinical field (e.g., LCSW, RN, LPC)
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data management
- Prior experience in a behavioral health or rehabilitation environment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in EHR systems and clinical documentation standards
- Understanding of telehealth technologies and their application in patient care
- Familiarity with data analysis tools for monitoring clinical outcomes
