Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our clinical operations team in optimizing patient care and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of clinical protocols while fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of clinical services, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance clinical practice and improve patient outcomes
- Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of clinical staff, promoting professional development and ensuring a high level of competency
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and implement enhancements based on data-driven insights
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to HIPAA, OSHA, and relevant local laws
- Serve as a key liaison between clinical staff and executive leadership, providing regular updates on clinical performance and operational challenges
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of clinical regulations and compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive change in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and data analysis
- Certification in healthcare management (e.g., CPHQ, HCM) is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and EHR systems
- Experience with quality improvement methodologies and tools
- Ability to analyze clinical data to inform decision-making and improve patient care
