Role Overview
We are searching for an Assistant Clinical Manager who will play a crucial role in supporting clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities
- Support the Clinical Manager in overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

- Conduct regular assessments of clinical staff performance, providing feedback and guidance to promote professional development

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
- 3+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Active nursing license and certification in relevant clinical areas
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety protocols
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a clinical management role within a similar healthcare environment
- Certification in clinical management or leadership (e.g., CNL, CPHQ)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical management software
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and quality improvement methodologies
