Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and strategic VP of Clinical Services to lead our clinical operations and enhance patient care through innovative service delivery models. This role is pivotal in shaping clinical strategies, spearheading quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across our organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive clinical service strategies that align with our organizational mission and goals, optimizing patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

- Oversee clinical quality assurance programs, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Engage with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and community organizations, to enhance service delivery and patient engagement.
- Champion the adoption of innovative technologies and evidence-based practices to improve clinical workflows and patient care.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in clinical services management, with a proven track record in leadership roles within healthcare settings.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration).
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, clinical best practices, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale clinical programs and initiatives, driving measurable outcomes.
Preferred:
- Experience with telehealth and digital health solutions.
- Previous experience in a VP or similar executive role.
- Familiarity with value-based care models and population health management.
- Certification in healthcare quality or a related field is a plus.
