Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Active nursing license and certification as a Nurse Executive (NE-BC) or equivalent.
- 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience, including at least 5 years in an executive role.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety standards.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices.
Preferred:
- Doctorate in Nursing or healthcare administration.
- Experience in a large healthcare organization or academic medical center.
- Proven track record of successful change management and organizational transformation.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to monitor nursing performance metrics.
