Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Clinical Services Director to support our clinical operations and enhance the quality of care we provide to our patients. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Clinical Services Director to oversee clinical initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, while fostering a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Support the Clinical Services Director in managing clinical staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and coordinate care across various programs.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and performance metrics, utilizing data to inform decision-making and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the development of staff education programs and ongoing training to promote clinical excellence.
- Serve as a key liaison between clinical staff and administration to enhance communication and operational efficiency.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on leadership and management roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality assurance processes, and clinical best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a clinical services management position or similar role.
