Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to lead our clinical operations, ensuring excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes throughout our organization. As a pivotal member of the executive team, you will be responsible for setting clinical strategy, overseeing clinical governance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in clinical practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic clinical initiatives aligned with the organization's mission and goals, enhancing patient care quality and safety.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in a relevant clinical specialty.
- 10+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience, preferably in a multi-disciplinary healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive evidence-based decision-making.
Preferred:
- Experience in a C-suite role or equivalent leadership position within a healthcare organization.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Track record of successful collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in clinical information systems, electronic health records (EHR), and data analytics tools.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation processes.
- Experience with telehealth and digital health technologies is a plus.
