Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director of Clinics to lead our network of healthcare facilities. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance clinic operations, growth, and patient satisfaction

- Foster a collaborative environment among clinic directors, healthcare providers, and administrative staff
- Implement quality improvement initiatives, utilizing data-driven approaches to enhance patient outcomes
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare partners, government agencies, and community organizations

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management, ideally within a clinic or hospital setting
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving quality metrics
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation standards
Preferred:
- Experience in a multi-site healthcare organization, with a focus on outpatient services
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and cultural transformation
- Familiarity with healthcare technology trends, including telehealth and electronic health records (EHR) systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
