Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Current nursing license and certification as a Nurse Executive (NE-BC) or equivalent
- 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality improvement, and patient safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience in a large healthcare organization or academic medical center
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and innovation
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
