Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Clinic Manager to support the daily operations of our clinic. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our clinical staff can provide the highest quality of care to our patients while fostering a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the clinic's operations, including scheduling, staffing, and budget oversight
- Support the Clinic Manager in developing and implementing clinic policies and procedures
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Facilitate communication between clinical staff and management to ensure alignment on goals and priorities
- Assist in maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Oversee patient flow and ensure a positive patient experience
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare management or administrative role
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership role
- Knowledge of quality improvement processes and patient safety standards
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with healthcare management software and EHR systems
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
