Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Clinic Operations to lead our clinic network in fostering a patient-centric environment while optimizing operational efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operational aspects of our clinics, ensuring that they adhere to best practices, regulatory compliance, and high standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals, driving performance improvements across all clinics.
- Enhance clinic workflows by utilizing Lean methodologies and data-driven insights to ensure efficiency and quality of care.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement new programs, services, and initiatives that improve patient satisfaction and operational outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure accountability across all clinic operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, stakeholders, and community partners to foster collaboration and improve service delivery.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing, ensuring clinics operate within financial and regulatory constraints.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a strong focus on clinic or practice management.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and patient outcomes in a clinical setting.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data analytics tools.
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives in a complex, multi-site environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in operational management tools and methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and telehealth technologies.
