Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Medical Practice Operations to lead our operational initiatives and enhance the efficiency of our medical practices. This role involves collaborating with clinical leadership to optimize patient care processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement across our network.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement operational strategies to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance overall patient experience.
- Oversee the management of practice resources, ensuring optimal utilization of staff, technology, and facilities.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track operational performance, making data-driven decisions to achieve practice goals.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards of care.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that align with our mission to provide exceptional patient care.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance patient access and satisfaction.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in medical practice management or operations, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Preferred:
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and practice management software.
