Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a childcare setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with curriculum development and program management.
- Knowledge of state licensing requirements and guidelines for daycare facilities.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using childcare management software for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
- Ability to integrate technology into educational activities and communicate with parents through digital platforms.
