Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and passionate Director of Career Services to lead our initiatives in empowering students and alumni to achieve their career goals. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in higher education, counseling, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in career services, higher education, or related fields with a proven track record of leadership
- Strong understanding of career development theories and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with employers and industry partners
Preferred:
- Experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives in a higher education setting
- Familiarity with career assessment tools and resources

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
