- Utilize data analytics to assess program effectiveness, student engagement, and employment outcomes, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Advocate for the career needs of students and ensure equitable access to resources and opportunities for all.
- Stay current with labor market trends and employer needs to inform program development and student training initiatives.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Higher Education, Human Resources, Counseling, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in career services, student affairs, or a related field, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of career development theories and practices.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with employers and industry partners.
- Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategic initiatives based on findings.
Preferred:
- Experience in a higher education setting.
- Demonstrated success in program development and implementation.
- Familiarity with digital career services tools and platforms.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
