Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and innovative Campus Recruitment Manager to lead our efforts in attracting and hiring top talent from universities and colleges. This fully remote position will enable you to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to create a compelling employer brand that resonates with the student demographic, ensuring a strong pipeline of future talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruitment strategies that align with the company's talent acquisition objectives.
- Build relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations to promote [$COMPANY_NAME]'s brand and job opportunities.
- Design and implement engaging recruitment events, workshops, and presentations to enhance the candidate experience and increase interest in the organization.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing recruitment strategies that drive results.
- Strong understanding of the university recruitment landscape and experience working with diverse student populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform recruitment decisions.

- Experience working with recruitment technology and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
