Responsibilities

- Experience in campus recruitment or internship programs
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting to assess recruitment effectiveness

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
