Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Student Recruiter to join our dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing recruitment events, both in-person and virtually, to attract prospective students
- Engage with students through outreach initiatives, including campus visits, informational sessions, and social media campaigns
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and refine recruitment materials and presentations
- Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions and follow-up communications
- Support the evaluation of recruitment strategies and suggest improvements based on data and feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors and educational institutions to enhance recruitment efforts
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge about [$COMPANY_NAME]'s programs
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and strategies

- Experience in a recruitment or customer service role
- Familiarity with CRM systems and applicant tracking software

- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools for tracking recruitment metrics
