Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Brick Mason Foreman to lead our masonry team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all masonry work meets industry standards and project requirements.

- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to schedule work and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices, maintaining a safe work environment for all crew members.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in masonry work, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of masonry materials, methods, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Preferred:
- Experience in residential and commercial masonry projects.
- Certification in construction safety or related fields.
- Familiarity with project management software or tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in the use of masonry tools and equipment, including trowels, chisels, mixers, and scaffolding.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to masonry construction.
- Experience with various masonry techniques, including bricklaying, stonework, and concrete block installation.
