Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Chief Pilot or similar leadership role within aviation
- Commercial pilot license with instrument rating and appropriate aircraft type ratings
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and operational best practices
- Proven experience in managing flight operations, including scheduling and crew management
Preferred:
- Experience with charter or corporate aviation operations
- Master's degree in Aviation Management or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style
