Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Master Boat Captain to lead our maritime operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Conduct pre-voyage inspections and ensure the vessel is equipped for safe operations.
- Manage onboard safety drills and emergency response procedures, ensuring crew readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of voyages, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring memorable experiences while onboard.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Valid U.S. Coast Guard Master’s License (100-ton or greater) with appropriate endorsements.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role on commercial vessels.
- Strong knowledge of maritime safety and emergency procedures.
- Exceptional navigation and seamanship skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with different vessel types (e.g., passenger, cargo, research).
- Proficiency in using modern navigation and communication technology.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in navigation systems including GPS, radar, and electronic chart systems.
- Familiarity with vessel management software and maintenance systems.
- Knowledge of marine engineering and maintenance practices.
