- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience in a high-growth company or startup environment.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems.
- Experience with benefits benchmarking and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools for reporting and metrics tracking.
