Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead and oversee our clinical teams in delivering exceptional patient care. In this fully remote role, you will ensure compliance with clinical standards, provide guidance to clinical staff, and drive the implementation of evidence-based practices within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, fostering a culture of professional development and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies in all clinical practices
- Conduct regular clinical audits and performance evaluations to assess the quality of care provided
- Develop and implement training programs that promote best practices and clinical excellence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and improve service delivery
- Provide support in crisis situations and facilitate appropriate interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure proper documentation practices are followed
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Nursing, Psychology)
- Current licensure in the state of practice
- 5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes
Preferred:
- Experience in telehealth or remote clinical supervision
- Certification in a specialized clinical area (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in evidence-based clinical practices and treatment modalities
- Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and digital tools for remote supervision
- Familiarity with data analysis tools to assess clinical performance metrics
