Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in sports management, education, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in athletic administration, with a track record of progressive leadership roles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience in a senior leadership role at an NCAA Division I or II institution.
- Strong network within the collegiate athletics community.
- Background in fundraising and donor relations.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in data management systems and tools relevant to athletic administration.
- Experience with performance analysis software and athlete management systems.
