Role Overview
We are seeking an insightful and experienced Executive Coach to join our team. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders and executives to enhance their leadership capabilities, drive organizational change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will leverage your expertise to guide clients in navigating complex challenges and achieving their professional goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with executives to identify leadership strengths and areas for development.
- Design and implement tailored coaching programs that align with organizational goals and individual aspirations.
- Facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions to foster collaboration and enhance team dynamics.
- Utilize assessments and feedback tools to measure progress and refine coaching strategies.
- Provide actionable insights and strategies to drive performance improvements and personal growth.
- Maintain confidentiality and build trusting relationships with clients while fostering an environment of psychological safety.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of coaching senior leaders and facilitating leadership transformation.
- Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management, and team dynamics.
- Certification in coaching methodologies (e.g., ICF, EMCC) or related credentials.
Preferred:
- Experience working across diverse industries, including technology, finance, and healthcare.
- Familiarity with emotional intelligence frameworks and their application in leadership.
- Advanced degree in psychology, business, or a related field.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in coaching tools and assessment instruments (e.g., 360-degree feedback, personality assessments).
- Ability to leverage technology for virtual coaching sessions and workshops.
- Experience with data analysis to track coaching effectiveness and client progress.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients.
