Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Laboratory Manager (Assaying) to lead our laboratory operations within [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a laboratory setting with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven track record in assay development and optimization, including knowledge of various assay techniques.
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
Preferred:
- Experience with regulatory compliance in a laboratory environment (e.g., ISO, GLP).
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software.
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively in a lab setting.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in assay methodologies including but not limited to spectrophotometry, chromatography, and mass spectrometry.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation using statistical software and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment maintenance and troubleshooting practices.
