Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

Preferred:
- Experience in leading gemological teams or departments within a retail or wholesale environment.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in gemological instruments and technology, including microscopes, spectrometers, and refractometers.
