Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Support the preparation of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and project schedules
- Learn and apply building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations relevant to architectural projects
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
- Strong foundational knowledge of architectural design principles and building systems
- Basic proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
Preferred:
- Internship experience in architectural design or engineering
- Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) processes
- Understanding of sustainable design practices and energy-efficient systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
- Basic knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
