Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to join our dynamic design team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Help maintain project documentation and track design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in architectural design, including internships or co-op positions.
- Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Understanding of building codes and regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Rhino, Lumion).
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in architectural design software: AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for presentation materials.
- Understanding of building information modeling (BIM) processes.
