Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to lead and manage complex architectural projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design integrity, and adhering to project timelines and budgets while fostering innovation and sustainability within our architectural practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, and closure, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic vision of the organization.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
- Oversee the development of project documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Implement project management methodologies and tools to track progress, manage risks, and optimize resources.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned from previous projects into new initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED) is a plus.
- Experience in sustainable design practices and green building certifications.
- Familiarity with digital project delivery methods and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in architectural project management software and tools.
