Role Overview
We are seeking a Casting Supervisor to lead our casting team in executing high-quality casting processes for various productions. Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with talent agents and industry professionals to build a diverse talent pool.
- Compile and analyze casting reports, presenting findings and recommendations to production teams.
- Mentor and train junior casting staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during the casting process.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in casting for film, television, or theater.
- Proven track record of successfully casting for diverse projects and talent.
