Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in molten metal operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of foundry processes and safety standards related to molten iron pouring.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
