Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft engine maintenance or a related field, with a proven track record of supervisory experience.
- Thorough understanding of aircraft engine systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License or equivalent certification.
Preferred:
- Experience with specific engine models such as Pratt & Whitney, General Electric, or Rolls-Royce.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
