Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Sales Coaching Manager to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive coaching programs that drive sales performance, enhance team capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a scalable coaching framework that aligns with our sales objectives and enhances team performance.
- Conduct regular assessments of sales team skills and identify coaching opportunities to improve individual and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to develop targeted training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching interventions.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track the impact of coaching initiatives and refine programs accordingly.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to sales representatives, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve their targets.
- Foster a culture of accountability and high performance by promoting best practices in sales techniques and customer engagement.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- 3+ years of experience in a coaching or training role within a sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Certification in coaching or training programs is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure performance metrics and coaching effectiveness.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
- Familiarity with sales enablement software and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
