Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in addiction counseling, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of addiction treatment methodologies, clinical best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Addiction Counseling (e.g., CADC, NCAC).
