Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accredited Legal Secretary to join our dynamic legal team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Accredited Legal Secretary certification or equivalent experience in a legal administrative role
- Proven experience in a legal environment, with a solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software
Preferred:
- Experience in a specific legal practice area such as family law, corporate law, or litigation
- Knowledge of electronic filing systems and court procedures
- Experience with client management software
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using legal research tools, document management systems, and case management software
- Familiarity with e-filing systems and legal databases
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in transcription
