We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Legal Secretary to support our legal team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. - Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support ongoing cases and projects.
- Maintain and organize legal files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
- Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and external parties, providing exceptional customer service and communication.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal environment.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and document preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm environment.

- Associate degree or certification in paralegal studies or legal administration.
