Over the past six years I have led voice initiatives for large carriers and enterprise customers (including implementations for clients working with Telcel and regional enterprise accounts), focusing on Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX, Cisco Expressway, Cisco SBCs, and SIP trunking. In my most recent role I architected and deployed a CUCM cluster serving 2,500 users with multi-site dial-plan and geo-redundancy, reducing inter-site call failures by 30% and improving average MOS from 3.6 to 4.1. I also led a SIP migration from legacy PSTN circuits to SIP trunks with CUBE that lowered monthly voice transport costs by 20% while preserving E911 and billing integrity. My daily skill set includes SIP troubleshooting, QoS design and verification, call-flow optimization, automation with Python and Ansible for configuration management, and integration with collaboration endpoints such as Cisco Jabber, IP Phones, and Webex Calling.
