Requirements
- Nationally recognized coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA)
- Minimum of 5 years of specialty-specific coding experience, with at least 2 years in a senior, lead, or auditing management role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (audit reporting and tracking)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint (client education and training)
- Familiarity with coding software and quality assurance tools
- Strong collaborative leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of coding guidelines and compliance regulations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
