You will be working with our Australia and India teams to streamline our Recruitment delivery processes and activities. You will join a supportive team to work on a wide variety of IT roles spread across different locations in Australia. We are working remotely, so you can be based anywhere in India.
Things to know before you apply
- We deliver Recruitment services for Australia-based clients only
- You will be starting early in the morning to align close to the Australian timezone
- We have managed 70-110% growth year to year for the last 3 years.
Requirements
- Collate various requirements and their details from clients
- Liaise with a recruiter to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain required trackers and data related to team submissions and client delivery
- Organize Candidate interviews and schedule with clients.
- Respond to queries from clients
- Maintain Trello cards and role allocation as instructed by the Account Managers
- Candidate submissions via various channels including emails, and portal uploads.
