About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our US team. You'll work closely with the US General Manager of Entry and Growth (US GM), and be involved in go-to-market activities across a wide range of areas, including PR, influencer, community, and partner marketing. This is a hands-on role in a small team, and the US Marketing Manager will have strategic, creative, and operational responsibilities. Working with the global teams in Brand and Communications as well as agency resources, you'll help conceive of campaigns, develop and manage relationships, and carefully track and analyse results.
About the team:
The ZOE US team is responsible for leveraging the global ZOE products and content assets that have been successful in the UK to build a scalable, high growth US business. While the global brand and product positioning for ZOE will be consistent, it must be tested and refined for optimal impact in the US. The go-to-market team and strategy for the US will be focused on using a combination of marketing approaches, including press and influencer PR, social media, organic and paid content, performance marketing, and key partnerships, to grow brand awareness, belief and conversion.

You'll be...

  • Working closely with the US GM - Entry and Growth to manage the core marketing functions for the US to drive awareness and membership growth
  • Diving deep into the world of experts, influencers, and brand ambassadors to craft and implement a scalable program for ZOE, including personally managing multiple relationships
  • Identifying potential brands and channels for collaboration and partnerships, ensuring successful delivery
  • Engaging directly with ZOE customers to understand their stories and build community, driving word-of-mouth awareness and referrals
  • Working with our US PR agency to maintain a consistent level of outreach and increasing coverage in key media channels
  • Responsible for delivering customer conversion in addition to awareness, across those marketing channels and partners
  • Collaborating with global teams (based in the UK) to understand the overall ZOE brand and positioning
  • Testing and refining the global positioning for optimal impact in the US
  • Setting measurable objectives for awareness, reach, and impact, and tracking and analyzing the data to understand performance.

We think you'll be great if you have…

  • Extensive experience in Marketing, with an emphasis on fast growing consumer brands (experience in the areas of personal health and wellness is a plus, but is not required)
  • Familiarity and success with the worlds of influencers and brand ambassadors, including experience building relationships and managing them at scale
  • Experience with both digital products and services, as well as with the key functions and tools across the digital marketing marketing funnel
  • The ability to roll up your sleeves and execute on operational tasks, such as managing a product-seeding outreach program or coordinating customer research projects
  • An entrepreneurial approach to getting things done in a lean working environment
  • Experience and comfort with a data-rich, objectives driven (OKR) approach
  • Excellent communication skills, especially suited to a remote-first working model with heavy reliance on real-time and asynchronous online communication
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
These are the ideal skills, attributes, and experience we’re looking for in this role. Don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes, especially on the skills and experience front, we’re happy to upskill for the right candidate.
