THE ROLE

Zeta Global is looking for an innovative and engaging partner marketer to join the CRM Marketing Team. The Zeta partner ecosystem is a priority for our growth, and with a high focus on our strategic alliances, this marketing role will help scale our strategy.

You will have direct responsibility for driving joint programs with strategic partners and for planning and implementing demand generation programs together with our partners to build standard processes, drive revenue, and excite our customers.

This role requires you to be self-motivated, flexible and to be able to handle multiple projects at the same time. This role will report to the VP CRM Marketing, while working closely with the Alliances leadership, Sales and Corporate Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and drive integrated marketing campaigns with Alliances and SI partners
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with marketing teams at partner sites and be the point of contact for strategic partners’ marketing engagement, overseeing Market To, Market Through and Market With motions
  • Work with Partner Marketing to develop transparent, pain point driven joint value propositions
  • Work with demand generation, brand and events teams to engage partners in activities, and ensure compelling digital marketing materials are available to the ecosystem
  • Adopt ABM methodology and Nearbound strategy to focus on our highest priority clients
  • Identify and launch Sales Plays aligned with the CRM go to market strategy
  • Prioritize partners based on market readiness, vertical expertise and product implementation
  • Solidify Zeta presence at Partner events, partners at Zeta events and co marketing at industry events
  • Support partner enablement motions to grow our partner ecosystem in partnership with the Alliances team.
  • Provide monthly and annual insights into progress and effectiveness of strategic campaigns to determine return on investment and prioritize resources.
  • Continually evaluate partner commitments and performance results to enhance strategies.
  • Budget tracking and utilization in partnership with the field marketing and partner managers to ensure alignment with business priorities.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in partner marketing and communication
  • Strong skills in marketing strategy and ability to drive creation and execution of programs in a highly fast paced environment
  • Ability to envision, lead and execute on multi-dimensional partner marketing plans with grit and a growth mindset
  • Close alignment with Sales and understanding of value creation
  • Confidence in a dynamic, high-pressure and high-visibility role
  • Experience in ensuring campaign success; including planning, measuring and tweaking GTM tactics to deliver desired business impact
  • Experience and expertise in working with Technology Alliances and SI partners
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), reporting and presentation skills
  • Experience engaging with partners in an international workspace
  • Ability to influence, motivate and work in a highly cross-functional matrix environment to drive outcomes-based plans, programs and execution
  • Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, subject areas, and tactics, including field marketing, digital marketing and experience events.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who can build and launch programs within budget and effectively handle multiple, concurrent timelines

COMPENSATION RANGE

The compensation range for this role is $120,000.00 - $160,000.00, depending on location and experience.
