Senior Software Engineer - Frontend (Vue/Typescript/HTML5)

Our client is born from Old Silicon Valley and new Freelance Startup Anywhere cultures. We are primarily remote and focus on interesting projects for clients and in-house ideas. They are seeking highly effective forward-thinking contractors or freelancers to join us.

Responsibilities

• Working with startups launching SaaS products
• Building clean, beautiful frontends based on Vue, Typescript, NP and REST APIs
• Building data tools & interfaces
• Acting like an architect to keep the code elegant and maintainable
• Working with your peers on tools to improve our joint dev experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience writing Vue, React, or Angular

• Strong proficiency with Vue3

• Strong proficiency with Typescript including object-oriented principals
• Strong understanding of User Experience and can make things look beautiful
• Strong coding skills and ability to learn quickly
• Solid engineering capability with an eye toward performance, responsiveness, detail, and “feel”

Nice to Have

• Good working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for building and deployment

• Good working knowledge of the Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Digital Ocean, EC2, S3, Security, etc.)
• Full-stack capabilities (Vue, Typescript, etc.)
