This HR Manager/HRBP will be managing the operations for our Indian office.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, acting as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Lead all stages of the employee lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding—ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes, while ensuring adherence to Indian labor laws and internal policies.
- Talent Development & Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance, career development, and leadership capabilities, supporting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Culture & Engagement: Act as a culture ambassador by driving initiatives that reinforce company values, enhance employee engagement, and support inclusion, wellbeing, and a positive workplace environment.
- HR Operations & Continuous Improvement: Oversee HR operations, lead policy reviews, track key HR metrics, and implement process improvements to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple regions.
- Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies that support business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in managing HR teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
